Hey i be installing something and it wont install and when try 2 close it it wouldnt close?

i even restart computer and it still up near

press ctrl/alt/delete at the same time.. later go to responsibility manager>> applications tab.. click the application (the one that wont install) then click terminate task.
what is it?
friendly up task manager(ctrl+alt+delete) and appendage the installer's process., and then try to install the software again. (You can find the process much well if you have process explorer

you achieve that problem ususally because of multitasking during the installation, that's why every installation warns you to close any clear programs before the installaion process
