Answer:

you can control+click, or put two fingers on the trackpad and click.

Also, you can progress System Preferences-->Keyboard and mouse-->trackpad and enable clicking and thump trackpad using two fingers for secondary click. By doing this, you can touch two fingers on the trackpad to bring up the right-click menu. Hope this helps...
Use Ctrl click for right click. Also, Apple C will copy text/items while Apple V will smooth mixture.
To right click with a single button mouse/ trackpad you press the ctrl button afterwards you click the mouse button.
Put two fingers on the mousepad and click or ctrl click.

Also two fingers on the mousepad and moving them up scrolls up and moving them down scroll down.
yes, you hold down control, but if you have a up to date Macbook, you can set it to perform other engagements for right clicking (such as tapping your fingers on the tracpad a consistent way) go to apple menu system preferances grand piano and mouse and you can change the settings.

Good Luck!
nope.
