Though, vendor says that its not stolen, but for my self-satisfaction, how can i find that its worth to spend money for that laptop...if its not stolen...
Answer:
Get the Serial or Tag number, then phone call or e-mail the company that make the laptop resembling Dell or Toshiba and ask them to check their systems to see if it is listed as stolen.
It may still be stolen even if it is not reported but what can you do? I would influence if you tried that then at least possible you tried so now you can buy it guilt free.
It may however be cheap because at hand is a fault next to it.
usually if the price is way to upright to be true then its probably a bit dodgy
