I own a HP Pavillion dv6000 laptop and it has a built surrounded by webcam. but idk how to access it. i jus got it. iv looked adjectives over in the comp. and still couldnt find wat i needed to access the webcam and gain it to work. plz hlp.

go start>right click my computer>press the hardware tab and click on device examiner. if you find the cam installed, its fine and you need to use your guide to find out how to use it. if its not check to see that youve installed any software that you are told to or check on the manufacturers website.

At the top top of your keyboard, (just beneath the Alttec Lansing speaker), near are the blue lit-up buttons that control the QuickPlay features.
Push the circle/arrow symbol and wait for the QuickPlay peak to pop up.
Choose the icon that shows the motion picture reel, camera, and musical record.
As this screen comes up, onthe vanished hand side lower than Source, the HP Webcam should show. Just click on it!
