If the second place you live which 'has' available wireless networks, meaning that someone contained by the area have an Internet connection. If any of this are not immobilize, thus do not require a key to use the net. I would ask a neighbor if it belongs to them and if they would mind that you use their network when you are surrounded by their area. That's the cheapest besides getting a DSL vindication which can be as cheap as $10 a month with AT&T.
