Help near gps on a computer?

Ok im going to conservatory and im bringing my laptop.If i loose it or someone steals it i would like to know how to get it hindmost lol. is there gps software or anything along the lines that can track where on earth my laptop is if something happings. what is about the price on it also. thankfulness for the help

lol... if your that worried more or less some idiot stealing your crap, then dont purloin it... btw ther is no gps software for a laptop and who says if someone steals your laptop that they will receive on the internet? exactally... and if they stole it they can just reload window or w/e os you have on it.

at hand is some, like what the other guy posted first, but near is also locks for laptops they're cheap, but i suppose someone could cut it if they really wanted it, but another thought. they're approaching bicycle locks with the wire-like rope thngy and a combination lock that connects together.
