Help my laptop is slow it have amd sempron 3500+ 1 gb bump lower than a month old-fashioned? next to window vista unfinished?

Answer:

The Sempron is not the fastest chip around and within are a lot of reason for it to be slow. If you have hooked it to the internet and installed deeply of programs, that can be a reason or the operating system and the sempron chip can be another.
Have you tried cleaning it up by removing unneccessary applications that are installed by the merchant?

I know my Toshiba had MacAfee anti-virus pre-installed. It kill my processing power, so I uninstalled and used a light program, AVG. Little stuff close to that can get your laptop moving faster.

Also, on the power reserves settings, it will tweak processor power to save freestyle life. If you are not concerned roughly longer battery enthusiasm, you can set it to 100% processor power. It drains the battery for a time faster, but Windows is much faster on that setting.
If it is less than a month matured and is showing moderate to severe slowdown, chances are it is due to a Virus or other Malware.

Additionally, you may enjoy installed too many programs or are running too tons programs.

While the Sempron is not a high-performance CPU, it is equipped reasonably okay to handle any nonspecific computing tasks.

I would suggest you have your laptop looked at by a professional service. You can also ask them to show you how to turn bad the flashy user interface as that can also have a dramatic effect on the speed of your electrical device.
