Sounds close to a blast virus to me. Get a virus scanner program like McAffee or something. If you've get Comcast, you can get it for free. If not, bring back a trial somewhere and get that virus the hell out of at hand quick.
You are probably infected next to a computer virus that is interfering beside Windows or you are having driver conflicts. I assume you hold XP but I can't be sure. My advice would be run a virus scan near scanning program approaching AVG Free Edition available for free with updates for enthusiasm at the AVG website and also scan for spyware as it could be causing the problem as in good health. For spyware try Lavasoft's spyware scanner available for free if it's the free edition.

I dont believe your daft enough to Surf in need an anti-Virus programme - so I wouldnt say that its a Virus.. - I judge your battery is knackered ... if not the laptop could be heating up too much - I hold a flat fan my laptop sits on it keep it cool ...but - it could be a number of things thats cause it
sounds like a virus to me. i would do an antivirus scan and a spyware scan within safe mode and see if that help. good luck.lol
