Help delete a program boxs?

I register my net cam, the boxs keeps poping up to remind me to register, so I register it again & in that the boxs again,, can't seem to procure rid of the boxs. I try using the task inn but it doesn't to be able to ruin the program, help.

Do you hold spam block? If not get it. Also have a good guarantee like Norton etc help greatly. Otherwise you'll still get them. Good luck. PS. I also block them the first time they come onto my peak. I haven't gotten them again should I say.
