Help me please?

have the acer aspire 3692wlmi laptop got bluetooth built within because there is a switch on the front to turn the bluetooth on and sour but when ever i switch it on it says no bluetooth device found and when i walk into control panel and select bluetooth there and explore for devices it doesn't pick up any even though i have bluetooth on my phone subsequent to the laptop

i got the acer travelmate 240 and one and the same button on mine and thats just it. its simply a button, gotta pay extra for the bluetooth card
This is probablies because, resembling most computers and laptops, the bluetooth device requires extra money to install, it is not a thing that comes similar to the computer (unless in the deal) . hope this help :)
what mobile phone have you get...i have blutooth on my toshiba its rubbish better to step out an buy ur self a usb bluetooth stick from argos for lb9.99
Might be missing the blutooth drivers. If you go to Aspire's website and look up the model of your laptop they might own the bluetooth drivers there that you can download but not sure. I found the wi fi drivers for my laptop on products website.
