Hard drive dimensions am i missing something?

im selling my laptop on ebay and when it asked for easier said than done drive capacity i checked my laptop and aparently it merely says 4gb, when i right clicked on the c: drive, am I missing something here, I expected it to be more, i suggest their are thumb drives that hold 4gb, its a compaq presario 1700. Is it just really small or did i do something please sustain.

Answer:

That result is not beyond the scope of possibility... Many of the elder systems had totally limited knotty drive space due to the available technology at the time. You can replace it with a bigger one up to 120 Gig for in the order of $100.
my computer, single clickC drive. Could be 4 gig, did notuse to nick much to use a computer a few years ago. I sold one that had 6 on it.
turn out says it comes next to 10:

probably has 64 or 128 megs of bump as well?
