Hello.. i did a format on an acer aspire 5100 laptop next to 2.0 GHz and after the format i noticed that contained by the system properties it said it had solely 1.60 Ghz. The next afternoon when i checked it said 1.99GHz.
Is this possible? What's wrong?

It does this to preserve mobile power and it's explained in the User Manual.
Ghz customarily refers to the processor speed.
You seem to be discussion about a unyielding drive which is measure surrounded by GigaBytes e.g. 80gb, 160gb, 320gb.
