Ghost Gigs?

I didnt delete anything and i suddenly gain a few gigabytes of free space and nothing seem missing?

Couple of possibilities:



You don't mention which O/S you are using but here goes:



1) Windows will automatically adjust the size of virtual drive.

2) Temp folders are empty periodically.

3) Items in trash can :-)

4) Corrupt files reporting incorrect size, O/S's when they encounter these files will fix them or alert you.
