Help beside video chat!?

I own a macbook pro and im trying to video chat with someone who have a sony vaio. how do we get my ichat to work beside their AIM? PLEASE HELP. He can see me but i cant see him. and we can hear eachother.

You can hook up speech with TeamSpeak at TeamSpeak.org. It's a free progy to chat next to ppl all over the world...
